Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact – just like the professional racers who trust us for their competition parts.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following RC components cannot be returned:

  • Glow Plugs (due to combustion use)
  • Fuel Filters & Fuel Tubes (hygiene reasons)
  • Batteries (safety regulations)
  • Opened Body Detailing products

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our RC-savvy support team will respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Exchange confirmation if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely (we recommend using original packaging) and include:

  • Completed return form (will be emailed to you)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Refund Timing:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is authorized

Damaged or Defective Items

If your RC parts arrive damaged or defective (which is rare with our quality control):
