Free Shipping (For Budget-Consistent Builders):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Free on orders over $50

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact – just like the professional racers who trust us for their competition parts.

Non-Returnable RC Components

For safety and hygiene reasons, these high-performance parts cannot be returned:

  • Glow Plugs (due to combustion use)
  • Fuel Filters & Fuel Tubes (hygiene reasons)
  • Batteries (safety regulations)
  • Opened Body Detailing products

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our RC-savvy team will respond within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions
  • Exchange confirmation if applicable

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package items securely (use original packaging when possible) and include:

  • Completed return form (we’ll email it to you)
